  1. How do I book?
    • Contact us directly with customer information and order request. Payment is due upon booking via Venmo.
  2. How do I care for my flowers?
    • Spring: Spring planters are designed with cold weather plants to withstand conditions. Do not water when temperatures are below freezing. Check for proper hydration of the plants and water as needed, even if they’re receiving Spring showers.
    • Summer: Water regularly and frequently to provide the planter optimal success all summer long. In extreme heat, daily watering may be required. Water with a slow thorough soak. Even with rain, be sure to check flower planters are properly hydrated. Remove dead blooms as they appear.
    • Fall: Water once per week with a slow thorough soak to penetrate the denser fall product roots. Do not water when temperatures are below freezing.
    • Winter: Water once upon delivery to saturate the soil and weigh the planter down. After initial watering, winter porch pots are very low maintenance and shouldn’t need further care.

  5. How is delivery handled for container gardens?
    • Customers within 15 miles of 48306 zip code will receive complementary door to door service. A $15 charge will be applied to clients over 15 miles of 48306. Customers beyond 20 miles will require product pickup.
  6. Can I request the flower varieties I receive in my container garden?
    • Momma’s Green Thumb works hard to provide flower varieties that are specifically chosen to withstand each season. Porch pots are prepared with an eye for detail, color, design, with varying heights, plant styles and choices that are planted to flourish each season.
  7. May I send a container garden as a gift?
    • Of course, porch pots are a great gift option. Please select the singular porch pot option and include the gift recipients address for delivery. Porch pots are a wonderful way to treat someone you love, yourself or as a corporate gift option.
  8. I live in a gated community, do I need to supply my gate code?
    • Yes, we please ask that all pertinent delivery information be included in the notes section while completing your order.
  9. Can a Porch Pot Membership be purchased for use with my own hardscaped preexisting planters?
    • Of course. We ask that you make a product selection for “Head Clover Heels” Hardscaped Planter or Window Box and include container garden measurements at checkout as well as if your planter has soil or coco liner currently. Any hardscaped planter or window box over 20” wide or 3’ tall, we please ask that you contact us for a complimentary consultation and quote.
  10. What advantages does a Porch Pot Membership offer?
    • Overall a cost savings is passed onto our clients when choosing to beautify your home all year long with a membership. With each seasonal change, Momma’s Green Thumb will deliver your new porch planter while swapping out the previous season’s. Your home’s curb appeal is automatically refreshed to change with the seasons all without you having to do a thing.
