Items cannot be returned as they are perishable goods (flowers and plants) and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items.

Damages or Issues

Detailed care instructions will be provided for your planters per season.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective or damaged so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. If any of the plants are damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Beyond that time frame, clients are fully responsible for the care and proper hydration of plants. All planters delivered contain live plants that require maintenance and care to flourish.
